Stephanie Wells is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in patient experience and nursing leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Experience at Methodist Health System since August 2016, Stephanie directs patient experience strategies across a seven-hospital system, leading a team of consultants to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction. Stephanie has also played vital roles during the COVID-19 pandemic, managing hotline operations and coordinating interdisciplinary teams for testing and employee health. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Baylor Scott & White Health and Denton Regional Medical Center, where Stephanie developed future nursing leaders and improved patient care processes. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership and Innovation from Baylor University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
