John van Unen

John Van Unen is a seasoned motion designer with extensive experience in the creative industry. Currently serving as a Senior Motion Designer at Digital Kitchen since August 2019, John has honed skills in motion graphics and design. Previously, John worked as a Freelance Motion Designer at Wieden + Kennedy in 2017 and spent two years as a Graphic Designer for Associated Students, Inc. at California State University Long Beach, where responsibilities included layout design, logo creation, 3D rendering, and print campaigns, often under tight deadlines. John holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from California State University, Long Beach, obtained in 2016.
