Matteo Barone

Matteo Barone is the Managing Partner of Methodos, overseeing Employee Engagement and Internal Communication. They have extensive experience in socio-cultural research within public and private organizations, change management, internal communication, and integrated stakeholder engagement. Matteo has contributed to various educational programs and authored several articles and essays on internal communication and organizational well-being. They co-founded the Associazione ImpresAperta, which aims to foster a culture of engagement in organizations.
