Sonya Robazza

Sonya Robazza is an accomplished executive coach and trainer with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. As the owner of Robazza International since 2007, Sonya provides coaching and facilitation services, focusing on emotional intelligence, change management, and effective communication in both English and Italian. Previous roles include co-founder of EX3 Excellent International Experience, where bespoke cross-cultural coaching and training were offered, and various management positions at Levi Strauss Europe, where retail capability and operational standards were developed across Europe.
