Felipe Gomez

Felipe Gomez is an experienced professional in production engineering with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a professor and course coordinator at Universidad EAFIT since February 2012, Felipe conducts courses on production management and advanced sewing techniques. Felipe is also a commercial representative and certified trainer at Methods Workshop since January 2009, specializing in cost estimation software for garment production. As a consultant in production since March 2002, Felipe has implemented lean manufacturing in various garment production plants and has contributed to multiple improvement projects sponsored by government agencies across Colombia. Previous roles include commercial representative and trainer at Shopfloor Support LLC (2016-2018) and consultant for Inexmoda, where Felipe worked on productive chain projects for numerous companies. Felipe holds a degree in Production Engineering from Universidad EAFIT (1989-1994).
