Dot Struthers is an experienced professional specializing in culture change, business readiness, and organizational development across various sectors. Since February 2022, Dot has served as the Culture, Change and Comms Lead at Methods, leading the design of a new Vision and Strategy for a government department. Prior roles include Business Readiness Consultant for Catalyst Housing Limited, where Dot managed IT systems integration during a merger, and Business Consultant for Attain, supporting schools in improving performance and wellbeing.
