Gerard Graham

Gerard Graham is a Principal PMO Consultant at Methods, specializing in project management and process improvement. They previously held roles as a Senior PMO Manager at Serco and the Caledonian Sleeper, and contributed as a Project Development Lead at CELCIS to enhance the welfare of Looked After Children in Scotland. Gerard also managed significant projects across various organizations, including the University of Paisley, and developed educational resources and transformation initiatives. They hold a BSc in Computer Information Systems from Glasgow College of Technology and a PGCE in Secondary Education from the University of Glasgow.
