Jane Fallon

Jane Fallon is a seasoned professional in digital transformation, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Methods since November 2019, focusing on cultural and organizational change. Previous roles include Interim Assistant Director of IT&D at Birmingham City Council, Digital Lead for Public Services Reform at West Midlands Combined Authority, Head of Digital at the Office of the Public Guardian, and Transformation Manager at the Government Digital Service, where innovative digital services were successfully delivered.
