Joy Bailey is a dedicated User Experience professional with eight years of experience in supporting large-scale digital projects. Formerly a User Experience Coordinator at AAT from 2012 to 2021, Joy excelled in improving user experience, conducting user testing, and implementing major digital changes. Joy also held roles in the media industry, including Studio Supervisor and Page Planner, where they managed teams and coordinated publication efforts. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Methods, Joy continues to expand their skills in user research and experience design. Joy holds an AVCE in Media and Communication from Bracknell & Wokingham College.
