Karen Nell

Karen Nell is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Methods since January 2023, Karen successfully led the campaign for the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, achieving the Gold Award and contributed to the GRAVITATE Cyber Academy’s nomination for the British Forces in Business Awards 2025. Previous roles include managing the transition of Europe Snacks UK to a digital Learning Management System, and extensive responsibilities at Reynolds Catering Supplies Ltd, where Karen designed and delivered training programs while supporting managerial development. With a strong educational background, including an Associate in Management from the University of Cape Town and multiple teaching and training qualifications, Karen continues to pursue professional development, currently studying for a level 5 coaching qualification.
