Kate Pearson is a seasoned Delivery Manager, currently positioned at Methods since 2025. With a solid background in project management gained from roles at UBDS and Accenture, they have worked on major projects for government departments and private organizations, specializing in PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies. Prior to this, Kate contributed as a Level 2 Swimming Teacher at Sport Sheffield and held various positions in business support. Kate holds a BA in French and Business Management from The University of Sheffield, where they graduated with a 2:1.
