Leonie J.

Leonie J. is an Agile Delivery Manager with significant experience leading cross-functional scrum teams, currently working at Methods since 2025. Previously, they served as a Delivery Manager at Made Tech, managing project backlogs and optimizing resource allocation. Leonie has also held roles at UCL, including Interim Agile Delivery Manager, where they led a budget of £500k and facilitated various Agile ceremonies. They were a delegate for UN Women UK at the UN CSW67, a mentee in the Cajigo 100 Women in Tech program, and were featured in the Voices in the Shadow volume 2 in 2022. Leonie earned a BSc in Multimedia Technology & Design from Brunel University London.
