Mark Carlsson has extensive experience in service design and business analysis, having served as an ICT Business Analyst at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames from September 2017 to July 2019, and as a Service Designer at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government from July 2019 to January 2022. Mark is currently a Senior Service Designer at Methods since January 2023, following a previous role as a Service Designer at the same company from January to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles at MoneyGram International as a Business Operations Executive, GAIN Capital as a Partnership Operations Associate, and ProActive Marketing Limited as a Researcher. Mark holds a BA in History and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London, awarded with 2:1 (Hons).
