Mary Crofton

Mary Crofton is a senior business consultant at Methods BDT, specializing in policy and project management within local government, the public sector, and the charity sector. With a passion for social justice and identity politics, Mary has previously held roles at organizations such as Birmingham City Council, where they focused on strategic policy development and youth unemployment initiatives. They co-founded the ngdp Women's Network to provide professional development for women in local government. Mary holds an MSc in Gender, Sexuality and Society and a PGDip in Social Research Methods, both from prestigious institutions.
