Richard Dakin is an Architecture, DevOps, and SRE consultant with over 10 years of experience delivering multi-million pound projects across both private and public sectors. They have held roles such as Head of Practice for DevOps and SRE at HM Courts & Tribunals Service and are currently a Principal Technical Architect at Methods. Prior to these positions, Richard worked as a Senior Infrastructure Developer at Lloyds Banking Group and as a Lead Web Ops/Dev Ops Architect at the Ministry of Justice UK. Richard's extensive background also includes early experience as a Video Editor and web master in the adult entertainment industry and as a Chef.
