Sarah-Jayne Smith is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of HR at Methods since August 2021. Previously, Sarah-Jayne held the position of Global Head of Learning & Development at YouGov and has worked in various managerial roles at Mothercare, Green Tree Training, Jaeger, Fossil Group, Clarenco LLP, and Atmosphere Bars & Clubs, focusing on strategic planning, recruitment, and training program development. Sarah-Jayne began the professional journey with a Learning and Development Controller role at Dreams, overseeing all training initiatives.
