Sophie Snelson

Sophie Snelson is a Principal Consultant at Methods, where they have been leading talent acquisition since 2023. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Delivery Consultant and Resource Specialist, contributing to the delivery of digital transformation projects in the public sector. Sophie began their career in promotions at Macs Bar and enhanced their consulting skills as a Graduate Consultant at Hays.
