Stephen Kershaw

Stephen Kershaw is an experienced professional with a background in strategic management and project delivery, particularly within the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and consultancy roles. As Head of Strategy, Planning and Performance at FCO Services, Kershaw developed a strategic policy framework and managed a team focused on program management and customer relations. Subsequent positions included roles as a Change Programme Manager and Commercial Programme Manager at the FCO, where Kershaw was responsible for significant budget management and the implementation of CRM systems. Since 2018, Kershaw has been retired, with previous consultancy work at Capita Transformation and ongoing management as Managing Director of Impel Consulting Limited. Education includes an MBA from Imperial College London and a BSc in Building Services Engineering from Bath University.
