Tamara Yarrow

Tamara Yarrow currently serves as the UK Head of Compliance and Security at Methods, a position held since May 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Delivery Support and Assurance function and fostering collaboration across divisions to achieve strategic growth objectives. Prior to this, Tamara held the role of Head of Business Operations at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from September 2016 to January 2018, overseeing global operations, capacity planning, and resource management. Tamara's career began at Thales, where various roles included Project Manager, Integrated Business Planning Manager, and Ops Business Reporting and Analysis Manager from July 2006 to October 2016. Tamara holds an MSc in International Business from Aston Business School and a BA Hons in Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Leeds.
