Tom Ridd

Tom Ridd is an experienced technical lead with a strong background in data engineering and software development, currently serving at Methods since February 2015. Ridd has played pivotal roles in various public sector projects, including leading the HMCTS Technical Lead for data-driven initiatives and developing AI-assisted tools in family law. Proficient in technologies such as Typescript, AWS, and Python, Ridd has contributed expertise to numerous high-profile projects, including the Office for National Statistics Census and the Government Digital Service. Prior to Methods, Ridd held positions in data management, ICT systems support, and academic roles at Warwick Business School, culminating in an M.Sc. in Management Science and Operational Research.
