Deana Faenza

Deana Faenza is an experienced professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Talent Development Lead at Methods+Mastery since March 2022. Prior to this role, Deana held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children from March 2021 to March 2022, and previously worked as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist at the American Gastroenterological Association from June 2017 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Unicorp Home Energy Services from August 2015 to June 2017. Deana holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Criminology/Criminal Justice from the same institution, along with a study period at The American University of Rome in 2015.
