MetisBrown focuses on Executive Search | Leadership Consulting | Executive Coaching.
We are specialized in helping our clients attract C-suite talent. Our global network is outstanding, diverse and always evolving. We have over 20 years of experience in executive search.
Building a workforce where everyone regardless of gender, culture and background can thrive and help to achieve the set strategic direction, is where we want to add value. Finding the scarce talent that fit the context of a company is a strategic imperative for future success.
The demography of the talent pool is changing rapidly and becoming more and more diverse both in gender as in ethnicity. We see corporations are struggling to attract and to retain their talent. Given our experience with DE&I in organizations, we think that DE&I initiatives will have a more sustainable effect when integrated in Leadership development. The changing demography of the talent pool, in our view, will also effect the leadership profile. Meaning will be an important driver for future leaders. For them to find this in their careers, they will need leaders whose own meaning and passion permeates and inspirers the next generation of leaders and the company culture.
Becoming future proof needs a rewiring of the corporate brain.
