Susan Cull

Susan Cull (GAICD) is a people-oriented leader with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, and talent development. They have previously served as a Professional Practice Supervisor at Murdoch University, an Education Officer and Manager of People and Communities at The Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia, and a Primary Teacher specializing in science education at Lake Joondalup Baptist College. Currently, they are the Manager of Organisational Development at Metisphere and are pursuing a Diploma of Leadership Coaching from the Australian Institute of Professional Coaching. With a Bachelor of Education from Edith Cowan University and a Company Directors Course certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Susan focuses on fostering professional growth and inspiring individuals to find their value and purpose.
