Ertan Aday

Ertan Aday has a breadth of software engineering experience, beginning in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Software Design Engineer and R&D Software Engineer at Karel. During this time, they prepared Software Requirement Specifications, Use Case Diagrams, and Software Design for applications to be developed, as well as developed server-side software using Qt framework and C++ programming language. In 2018, they were also a Software Engineering Intern at Aselsan, where they added a messaging feature into an already existing application using Java programming language. Additionally, they were a Software Engineering Intern at Çözüm Yazılım ve Donanım, where they did requirements analysis and developed a cross-platform mobile application’s Graphical User Interface using React Native framework. Currently, Ertan is an Embedded Software Engineer at Metix Medical (UK) and a Software Engineer at SmartAlpha, where they are using C++ programming language and Java Native Interface for implementing various tasks, and making neural network model predictions for medical ultrasound video stream using Snapdragon Neural Processing Engine.

Ertan Aday obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Bilkent University between 2013 and 2018.
