Alan Ramirez

Alan Ramirez is an ASA and CERA currently serving as AVP of Global Risk Management at MetLife. With advanced knowledge of actuarial, mathematical, and statistical principles, Alan has extensive experience in rate-making, reserving, and risk evaluation functions. Previously, Alan held various roles at MetLife, including Actuarial Director and AVP of Insurance & Product Risk, where responsibility included maintaining projection models and advising senior management on actuarial functions. Alan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Applied Actuarial Science with Distinction from the University of Kent, along with a Licentiate degree in Actuarial Science from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
