Andy Dowd, PMP, PMI-ACP, is the Director of Technology Liaisons for Retirement & Income Solutions at MetLife, where they manage a team of Technology Liaisons focused on benefit calculations and payments. With extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry, Andy has led strategic initiatives across various organizations, including Prudential Financial and Merrill Lynch, specializing in project management, process improvement, and retirement plan administration. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Seton Hall University. Prior to their current role, Andy was an Advisory Project Manager at Ascensus, where they also led Lean Six Sigma initiatives and reinvigorated Robotic Process Automation programs.
