David Rose is an accomplished Government Relations attorney and lobbyist with demonstrated experience in legislative and regulatory matters. They served as Assistant Counsel to the Governor of New York State from 2007 to 2011 and as Senior Counsel to the Speaker of the House in the Connecticut House Majority from 2002 to 2007. David was a partner at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker from 2011 to 2018, focusing on government affairs. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of State Government Relations at MetLife in 2024. David earned a JD from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ithaca College.
