Devang Shah

Devang Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development engineering and project management. Currently serving as Director of Software Development Engineering, Data and Analytics at MetLife since August 2011, Devang leads a large technical team responsible for a complex data platform, including the strategic Global Party Management system, which integrates and curates data from over 150 sources to provide a comprehensive view of MetLife customers. Prior to this role, Devang served as IT Project Manager at MetLife, overseeing the development and implementation of data warehouse services. Experience at Merck & Co, Inc from January 2001 to July 2011 included roles as Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Technical Lead, focusing on technical project management and clinical applications. Devang's career began as a Systems Analyst and Lead Developer at Orion Systems Integrators, Inc. Devang holds an Executive MBA in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master's in Computer Applications from South Gujarat University.
