Eric Clurfain

Eric S. Clurfain has extensive leadership experience in the insurance and financial services sector, currently serving as President of Latin America at MetLife since January 2009. Additional noteworthy roles at MetLife include Chairman, President & CEO of MetLife Japan K.K., Head of EMEA, and Regional Head for Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to MetLife, Eric held positions at AIG, where responsibilities included Deputy Head of Credit Life Worldwide, and previously at UnitedHealth Group as CEO of Global Solutions. Eric's career began at AIG in Mexico, progressing from Management Associate to Director of Credit Life. Eric holds an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business, earned between 1996 and 1998.
