Frank Traina

Frank Traina, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership and management within the insurance industry, currently serving as Associate Manager - LTD at MetLife since October 2014. Traina successfully re-designed the Aurora Claims Office New Hire process, leading to the hiring of 20 claim specialists with a remarkable 100% persistency rate. Previous roles include Sales Support Manager at Lincoln Financial Group, where Traina developed a comprehensive training program and initiated a major office reorganization, as well as Lead Business Analyst and Unit Manager at Dearborn National, credited with significant improvements in workflow and system upgrades. Traina’s career also includes a tenure at Unum, managing a sales support team, and at Trustmark Life Insurance Company, where a customer billing system for dental benefits was implemented. Traina holds an MBA from DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business.
