Jaclyn Augustine

Jaclyn Augustine is the Director of Technology Business Controls at MetLife, where they serve as the Global and U.S. Regional Lead. Prior to this role, Jaclyn held various positions at MetLife, including US Lead Operational Risk Consultant and Audit Manager. They began their career in operational roles, including serving as a Medical Records Coordinator and Receptionist at Cedar Crest Subacute & Rehabilitation Centre and as a waitress at Alpine Country Club. Jaclyn also gained accounting experience through internships at DiSanto, Priest & Co. and Cayer-Caccia, LLP, and worked as a Staff Accountant and Audit Senior at Parmelee Poirier & Associates and Citrin Cooperman, respectively. Jaclyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, following an Associate of Arts from the Community College of Rhode Island.
