Kevin Smith, MBA, CSM, has extensive experience in digital product management and transformation, currently serving as AVP - Digital Product Manager at MetLife since August 2005. In this role, Kevin leads the Digital Experience on MetLife’s Benefit Administration portals, enhancing the management of employee benefits for sponsors, brokers, and administrators. Prior positions at MetLife include Director of Digital Transformation, overseeing initiatives to improve customer experience, and Director of Software Development Engineering, managing a $15 million portfolio and leading a team of over 200 employees. Kevin began their career at Merrill Lynch, where roles included Customer Service Representative and Supervisor, leading teams and managing a Tax Response Center. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Business Management, both from Rider University.
