Lance Roller is the Vice President of Emerging Infrastructure & Solutions Engineering at MetLife, where they lead complex infrastructure initiatives and promote innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. Previously, Lance held various leadership roles within MetLife, including AVP of Engineering and Cloud Engineering, contributing significantly to the company's technology strategies and infrastructure management. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from Utica College and a Master of Science in Information Systems/Teleservices from Pace University.
