Patrick Martin-Breen

Patrick Martin-Breen is currently the AVP Model Risk at MetLife, where they serve as the Model Governance Lead. They previously held various actuarial roles at MetLife, including Actuarial Associate and Actuary, focusing on model risk management and variable annuity pricing. Additionally, Patrick was an Adjunct Professor of Philosophy at the City University of New York from 2007 to 2013, teaching a range of subjects from ethics to symbolic logic. They hold a B.A. in Math & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as multiple advanced degrees in philosophy and mathematics from institutions including the University of Cambridge and the University of Glasgow. Patrick is also a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy at the City University of New York Graduate Center.
