Richard Ma is currently the Global CTO and Head of Global Infrastructure at MetLife, where they focus on overseeing critical technology initiatives. In 2023, they briefly served as the Interim Chief Information Officer for MetLife China, driving the company's insurance technology portfolio amidst a growing market. Richard has held various leadership roles during their tenure at RBC and MetLife, specializing in networking, infrastructure, and cyber security. They are pursuing a MicroMasters in Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and have earned an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Duke University, along with a Master's degree in Internetworking from Dalhousie University.
