Robin Blum is an experienced market researcher and strategist with over 20 years in consumer, small business, wealth management, and institutional research. Currently serving as Director of Customer Insights at MetLife, Robin focuses on global market research, including the Net Promoter program, and has expertise in brand and sustainability research. Previously, Robin held the position of Director of Market Research at TIAA and Vice President of Market Research at Chase. Robin is pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a BA in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania.
