Simon Dent

Simon Dent is the National Underwriting Manager at MetLife Australia, where they manage relationships between the underwriting team and adviser partners while promoting the brand within the Retail market. With extensive experience in the retail insurance industry, Simon previously held positions such as Head of Underwriting and New Business at MLC and Regional Underwriting Manager at Zurich. Having begun their career as a Field Underwriter at AXA, Simon has proven skills in people leadership, project management, financial risk, and business development. They hold an Associate Fellowship in Underwriting from The Academy of Life Underwriting.
