Stacey Eilbaum

Stacey Eilbaum is currently serving as In-House Counsel at MetLife, focusing on commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement. Prior to this role, Stacey was a Senior Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from 2014 to 2023, where they represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters. Earlier in their career, Stacey worked as a Law Clerk for the Southern District of New York from 2013 to 2014. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis and Management, Law and Society, and Science and Technology Studies from Cornell University, as well as a Doctor of Law degree, summa cum laude, from Cornell Law School.
