Ted Oldja

Ted Oldja is an experienced professional with a strong background in application security and program management, currently serving as the AVP of Application Security and Currency Program Management at MetLife since March 2002. In this role, Ted leads strategies for software delivery and oversees the management of business-critical applications. Previously, in a director position, Ted was responsible for program management, project delivery, and financial oversight, successfully managing a $16MM US Business Currency Strategy and improving governance processes that generated significant cost reductions. With prior experience at notable companies such as Arthur Andersen, Deutsche Bank, and IBM, Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Montclair State University.
