Vilma Quant

Vilma Quant is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in database management and reliability engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Oracle Database Reliability Engineer at MetLife since November 2025, Vilma previously held the position of Senior Oracle Database Administrator at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles from March 2019 to November 2025. Vilma also worked as a Database Consultant for the Florida Department of State between March 2017 and November 2025, and as an Environmental Consultant / STORET Team Lead for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from May 2006 to March 2017.
