Vinay Kumar

Vinay Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting and finance transformation, currently serving as Director of Strategic Consulting at MetLife since July 2014, leading a team of approximately 15 management consultants across 25 countries. Previous roles include Service Delivery Lead and Senior Manager at MetLife, where numerous projects focused on automation and process improvement took place. Prior to MetLife, Vinay held managerial positions at Bank of America and Citigroup, specializing in Six Sigma and business process re-engineering. Early in the career, roles at HSBC Bank and Stayam GE IDC involved leading Six Sigma projects and process improvements. Vinay holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
