Will Mingo, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Global DEI Strategy & Integration at MetLife and is an Advisory Board Member at the New York Institute of Technology focused on Institutional Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB). Previous roles include Global Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Amazon, where Mingo established and led the Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (JEDI) team across multiple business sectors. Mingo has held senior positions at Amazon Web Services, N2Growth, Variscale Services & Engineering, Citrix, Dell EMC, Mellon, and Prudential Financial, demonstrating extensive expertise in strategy, organizational design, and talent development. Mingo holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the New York Institute of Technology and a BA in Political Science and Government from Clark Atlanta University.
