William Zhou

William Zhou is a Senior Enterprise Architect at MetLife, where they integrate strategic thinking with innovative IT solutions to enhance business value. Prior to this role, they served as a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan and held various positions including Vice President of Technology Services at Merrill Lynch, and Director of Information Technology at Corporate Chaplains Of America. William gained foundational experience as a Solutions Architect and Team Lead at USWeb and as a Senior Lead Engineer and Architect at Hewlett-Packard. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, while also continuing their education at New York University. William is ITIL and IASA certified, specializing in cloud computing and architecture design.
