Dylan Pell

Dylan Pell has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Dylan started their career as a Land Development Analyst at Landco Land Development in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Following that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Harrison Grierson from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Dylan joined Housing New Zealand Corporation as a Development Manager and worked there until 2015. After that, they moved to Summerset Group Holdings Limited and served as a Development Manager from 2015 to 2018.

Since 2018, Dylan has been working at Metlifecare, where they initially held the position of Senior Development Manager from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Acquisition, starting in September 2021.

Overall, Dylan has accumulated significant experience in the areas of land development, project engineering, and development management throughout their career.

Dylan Pell attended Auckland Grammar School from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Auckland from 1994 to 1998.
