Jon Herman is a technology leader with a strong engineering background across various high-tech industries. They held leadership roles as a Sr. Director of Process Engineering at Bloom Energy and as a Director of Foundry Operations at Intersil, managing multiple foundry suppliers and overseeing process statistics and yield improvements. They also served as an Engineering Manager at Maxim Integrated Products, where they supervised staff and ensured optimal equipment performance.
