Brian Cotten

Brian Cotten has extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as Mechanical Superintendent at Metra Commuter Rail since April 2020. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at Amtrak from June 2011 to April 2020, including Locomotive Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Manager. Brian's career in railway management began at BNSF Railway, where a managerial role was held from November 2006 to May 2011. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from Lewis University, earned between 2002 and 2016.
