Brian Simmons

Brian Simmons has extensive experience in application development and systems administration, currently serving as the Manager of Application Development at Metra Commuter Rail since November 2015, where leadership of a development team for the Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations implementation is a key responsibility. Previously, Brian held various roles at TTX Company from May 1999 to September 2015, including Application Developer II, Sr. Programmer Analyst, and Programmer Analyst, where significant contributions were made towards transitioning the IT infrastructure to a web-based platform and enhancing billing processes. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University, complemented by foundational studies at Notre Dame High School for Boys.
