Devin Burks

Devin Burks, MBA, CLSSGB, currently serves as the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Manager for Metra Commuter Rail, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring the 24/7 connectivity, security, and integrity of CAD and PTC systems, as well as monitoring dispatcher workstations and maintenance activities. Prior experience includes roles as a Conductor and Assistant Conductor at Union Pacific Railroad from November 2014 to March 2016, and as a Unit Supply Specialist in the US Army from November 2008 to September 2014. Devin Burks holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Governors State University, expected in May 2024, and previously earned a BA in Operations and Supply Chain Management and a BBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the same institution and Austin Peay State University, respectively.
