Keith Kutkowski

Keith Kutkowski has over two decades of experience in project controls and quality assurance within the transportation and construction sectors. Currently serving as Director of Project Controls at Metra Commuter Rail since June 2016, Keith has also held positions such as Manager of QA/QC, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, and Capital Contracts Administration Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at John Burns Construction from March 1999 to January 2016 and Contract Administrator at the Chicago Transit Authority from May 1995 to March 1999. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lewis University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
