Scott Bates

Scott Bates, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Metra since September 2013, Scott previously held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Arlington Resources, where responsibilities included recruitment and orientation. Prior to that, notable experience includes enhancing the employee appraisal process at Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago and managing HR functions for over 200 employees at Lakeview Technology. Earlier career milestones include leadership positions at Mahindra Satyam and US Robotics. Scott's educational background includes a BS in Business/HR Management from Northern Illinois University and an AA in Business Management from the College of DuPage.
